Dakota in the Snow by Stephen Brown
RAF Douglas Dakota in the winter of 1944.
Based on the highly successful Douglas DC-3 airliner the military transport version was designated the C-47 Skytrain – or Dakota when in RAF service.
A versatile aircraft that saw service with many countries – over 1900 were received by the RAF and they were used extensively in every theatre of World War Two.
All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
