Superb Lockheed F-104G Starfighter by CDC Armour Collection (later Franklin Mint) in the makings and configuration of a German Navy aircraft from the 1980s.
A substantial and heavy weight die cast metal model with some plastic parts.
A pre-owned model taken in as part of a larger collection of aviation items. This model was displayed briefly in a glass cabinet before being boxed and put into storage. The model is in mint 'as new' condition. The original box is in overall very good condition but with a few imperfections.
These larger Armour Collection / Franklin Mint pieces are getting hard to find now, this one is particularly rare - they look impressive when displayed and would be a fine gift for an aviation enthusiast.
For transit the original box will be packed securely inside a bigger postal box.
